A superfood; Gojiberries.

The Phytochemicals are what makes it so good. There are 3 of em in these magical berries;

The polysaccharides are a powerful antioxidant. Beta-carotene (the same stuff as in carrots) are vitol for eyes, skin and bones. Zeaxanthin is really helpful for the immunsystem.

Put em in your yogurt, or have em as a little snack. Dont overdo with any fruit; the fructose will bypass muscle storage and will find storage in other places.
